Design Fee: 15% of the overall project cost

This fee covers:

Project Management: Coordination of all vendors, timelines, and logistics.

Delivery & Installation: Ensuring seamless delivery and placement of furniture and decor.

Professional Styling: Final touches to create a cohesive and beautiful space.

Furniture Deposit: 60% deposit required to secure furniture orders. This ensures your selected pieces are reserved and guarantees timely delivery for your project.
